A man has repeatedly exposed himself near a girls’ high school in Gyeonggi Province since last year, but police have yet to catch him despite being spotted as often as four times a week.
According to JTBC's current affairs program "Crime Chief," which aired Thursday, the man has most often been spotted on a low hill near the school, an area directly visible from the classroom windows. He wears a mask and cap to hide his identity.
His appearances reportedly dropped off around last winter but have surged again, with witnesses saying he has shown up three to four times a week recently, appearing four days straight through this Wednesday.
Police have searched the area three times since receiving reports in May but have failed to catch him, while the school has continued CCTV monitoring and patrols in the areas he frequents.
